What you can expect in your new job

• Project-based design and integration of machine learning solutions into existing system landscapes and business processes.
• We provide independent consulting services to our clients, ranging from defining requirements and selecting appropriate algorithms to the production deployment of complex ML solutions.
• Independent consulting on client projects with a focus on data and AI platforms, as well as active development work on AI solutions.
• Collaborate on the analysis, evaluation, and selection of modern AI platform solutions (cloud-based and on-premises).
• Use and further development of cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Design and delivery of client workshops on data, AI, and ML topics.
• Close coordination regarding project progress at the interface between the client and the interdisciplinary project team.
• Actively shaping and further developing our AI service portfolio across teams.

What we want from you

• A bachelor's or master's degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field of study.
• Excellent programming skills in at least one common language such as Python, R, or Java.
• Proficient use of APIs, REST services, and DevOps and MLOps pipelines (CI/CD).
• Several years of hands‑on experience with relevant platforms, tools, and libraries such as SQL, Docker, Oracle, Jupyter Notebook, Git, Azure DevOps, and Pandas.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of DevOps.
• Strong conceptual skills and experience in preparing and conducting client workshops.
• Knowledge of generative AI (e.g., RAG, MCP) is a plus.
• The ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
• Ideally, you should live in the Nuremberg area and be willing to work in the office on a regular basis.
