Your area of work
As an intern (f/m/d) at in the Clearstream Portfolio and Project Management Office team, you will focus on entire project portfolio management under Clearstream Securities Services (CSS) as well as an extension to Clearstream Fund Services (CFS). You will e.g. conduct monthly quality assurance on all projects under the portfolio, create presentations based on inputs from project manager and project reporting, coordinate program meeting for senior managements as well as for clusters, take meeting minutes, align reporting activities between CSS and CFS and track dates and changes of legal entity meetings.
Your responsibilities:
- You will support with developing and drafting of information- and decision documents (Power Point presentations)
- You will support projects and various supportive tasks for the project manager in a Project Management Office (PMO) role
- You will help with the review and quality assurance of project reporting (using Excel)
- Furthermore, you will help with the consolidation and tracking of issue-lists
- You will support maintenance and follow-up on project- and milestone plans and administrative and organizational tasks
Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 3 semesters (Study focus in the field of informatics, economics, business studies or other relevant fields)
- Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of internship in the financial services, information technology and/or consulting industry
- You are interested in portfolio / project management and financial markets infrastructure
- Thanks to your cooperative manner, you quickly find your way into the team. Your communication and teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- You are curious, eager to learn and motivated to go the extra mile if needed
- You have good knowledge in corporate finance and project management (technical: MS Office, Clarity, SharePoint…)
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
