As IT Governance Specialist you will join theIT Governance team which is a part of IT Governance, Risk & Transformation department at Deutsche Börse Group. This Unit is essential for shaping, establishing and further developing the IT Governance and Management Framework and continuously improving IT performance, as well as leading action and execution through transparent monitoring and reporting to senior management. As an IT Governance Specialist (f/m/d), you will be responsible for all governance, management reporting and coordination activities within the scope of IT Governance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively support the further development and shaping of the new IT Governance & Management Framework.
- Take ownership in analysis, conception, development and implementation of CIO IT Governance Management Reporting (CIO Dashboard).
- Actively take measure and maintain IT Governance KPIs with respective tooling and driving reporting quality.
- Provide IT Governance subject matter expertise to the Group CIO management team as well as support in IT Governance council and committee.
- Stakeholder management, presentations of results and recommendation of action to IT management in relevant projects.
Your Profile:
- Academic degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, economics, business administration, or other academic studies;
- Several years of relevant professional experience in IT Governance and / or IT Risk Management with holistic overview of IT landscape and technology;
- Wide range of experience in design and implementation of IT senior management / CIO reporting. Including definition and measuring of IT Governance KPIs with relevant tooling, e.g. Power BI;
- Familiar with IT regulatory requirements ideally for financial services industry, e.g. Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) or xAIT as well as IT standards such as COBIT and ITIL, relevant certifications preferred;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, structured working method, problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality, project management experience is a plus;
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English language.
