We also help build and continuously develop the skills and capabilities needed across the cybersecurity organization – preparing our people to tackle today’s challenges and stay ahead of tomorrow’s.Your roleIn this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on how cybersecurity is understood, experienced and practiced across DHL Group.You willShape and strengthen our cybersecurity culture by developing and implementing Group-wide awareness initiatives, communities and engagement activities.Empower our frontline teams by creating and rolling out practical, engaging enablement and learning materialsBuild cybersecurity capabilities by supporting the development of knowledge, skills and competencies across the cybersecurity organization.Design and coordinate training programs covering a wide range of cybersecurity domains and helping colleagues grow their expertise.Bring cybersecurity to life through communication, developing clear and engaging messages for different audiences across the Group.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent and effective cybersecurity communication.Support cybersecurity crisis communication, including collaboration with external stakeholders and media when needed.Bring your ideas and creativity to the table, continuously exploring new ways to engage people, strengthen awareness and make cybersecurity easier to understand and apply.Make an impact beyond technologyCybersecurity is not just about technology – it’s about people.
