Responsibilities:
- Discovery and Requirements Gathering: Lead technical discovery calls with prospective clients to map out their current workflows, technical stack, and business objectives.
- Solution Architecture and Design: Design scalable, customised technical solutions and reference architectures that address unique customer challenges.
- Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Deliver high-impact, tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep-dives to both technical and executive (C-level) audiences.
- Proof of Concept (PoC) Management: Own and execute PoCs, pilots, and technical evaluations to prove the value and viability of our solutions.
- RFP / RFI Response: Lead and coordinate technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and security questionnaires.
- Objection Handling and Technical Validation: Address technical objections, security inquiries, and integration questions during the sales cycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relay critical customer feedback, feature requests, and market trends back to Product and Engineering teams.
- Sales Enablement and Handover: Provide internal technical training for sales reps and manage a seamless handover to the Post-Sales/Customer Success and Implementation teams upon deal closure.
