Overview
As Product Owner, you will lead ecosio’s workflow platform end to end and drive AI-native automation to transform internal workflows. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact problems, prototype quickly, and ship solutions that deliver measurable value. You will design intuitive interfaces for AI-enabled internal tools, guide prioritization by business impact and user needs, and enable adoption through training and documentation. This role places you at the heart of a fast-growing, innovative company focused on scalable, user-centric workflow improvements.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own the workflow platform end to end and steer product decisions
- Prototype rapidly and drive ideas to company-wide adoption
- Prioritize features based on business impact and user needs
- Design intuitive UI/UX for internal AI-enabled applications
- Collaborate with teams to uncover high-leverage problems and convert them into product bets
- Lead user training sessions and create interactive documentation
- Analyze usage data to identify optimization opportunities and measure impact
- Work closely with UI/UX designers and engineering to prototype, test, and ship high-impact tooling functionality
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3–4 years of product management or related experience in SaaS
- AI-native expertise and familiarity with AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAGs, agentic systems)
- Ability to ship features and drive measurable impact in dynamic environments
- Strong product vision with the ability to decompose strategy into actionable increments
- User-centric mindset ensuring intuitive and efficient tools
- Hands-on experience with agent-building, prototyping/design tools, documentation/planning tools, ticketing systems, and analytics tools (e.g. Figma, Posthog)
