With multiple global rollouts planned over the next 5 years , the SAP Basis team is expanding to strengthen expertise and operational excellence. Tasks As the SAP Basis Team Lead , you will provide technical leadership for the global SAP Basis, infrastructure, integration and authorisation landscape. You will: Lead the global SAP Basis and technical consulting function across an international SAP organisation Take ownership of the SAP Basis, interface, authorisation and technical architecture landscape Define and develop the future SAP architecture and technology strategy Support the ongoing development and optimisation of the company's S/4HANA environment Drive the technical side of global SAP rollout and transformation projects Play a key role in the organisation's growing SAP BTP and Cloud strategy Act as a senior technical advisor to IT, specialist departments and management Profile 5+ years of SAP Basis experience Leadership responsibilities are preferred Willingness to travel to the office Fluent German We offer Excellent salary package (all fixed) IG Metall tariff 40-hour work week (35 hours possible) 50% remote work per month (flexibly usable) Flexible working hours & overtime account International working culture JobRad leasing Gym and health discounts Company pension scheme Team events, sports activities & a strong internal culture Additional contact details If you are interested, please get in touch.
