Founders' Associate Intern (m/f/d)

Do you want to join an impact-driven stealth startup fund on Day 1 and drive its strategic development together with the founders? You will be essential to the startup’s success of reaching critical milestones.

Company Overview

• Impact-driven investment firm that acquires profitable, high-quality tech companies.
• Optimization and scaling of acquired tech companies.
• Founders are values-driven and seasoned investors/operators with backgrounds covering J.P. Morgan, Rocket Internet, VC, PE, Harvard, etc.

Your Role

• You will take ownership of various strategic projects .
• You will project-manage various processes end-to-end (e.g., recruiting, acquisition, fundraising).
• You will develop financial models with the detailed support from our specialists.
• You will perform research on target customers, competitive landscape, product specifications, etc.

Requirements

Your Profile

• Self-motivated individual with a track record of over-delivering and proactive problem-solving.
• Work experience in demanding environments like investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Passion for private equity and M&A is required.
• Strong analytical, research, and business development skills with a hands-on mentality.
• High fluency in Microsoft Office.
• Deep interest/background in tech startups is a plus.
• Experience conducting outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, etc. is a plus.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Positive, structured, and driven young leader.
• Studied/studying at a top-tier university, ideally with a focus on Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, the Natural Sciences, or a related field.
• High fluency in English & German is required.
• Based in Berlin preferred, but remote work is possible.
• Ability to commit to at least a 6 month full-time internship or longer-term working student position.
