Junior Fiduciary Accountant - Geneva
We are recruiting for a growing Swiss fiduciary, recognised for the quality of its support and client proximity.
The environment is modern, structured and collaborative, offering an ideal setting to develop and enhance technical skills within a supportive team.
Your responsibilities:
- Enter accounting entries, perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts - Process supplier invoices and prepare payment orders - Prepare and produce financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards - Manage VAT returns and various tax obligations - Maintain administrative follow-up of files and assist clients with their daily queries - Contribute to optimising internal processes and their digitalisation - Promote mutual support and cross-functional collaboration within the fiduciary
We are looking for someone with:
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting / fiduciary agent: highly appreciated (obtained or near completion). - At least 2 years of fiduciary experience in Switzerland. - Excellent command of French, English is an asset - Proficiency in local accounting software (Winbiz, Bexio...)
