For Everyone is a Berlin-based nonprofit working toward a more connected and resilient society. We organize creative workshops and community events that help people feel at home, build friendships, and find their place in civic life.
We’re now launching a new initiative to better understand and grow our impact through data-driven insights. Our events are managed through Eventbrite, and we want to use data analysis to understand participation trends, engagement levels, and audience reach — helping us make our programs even more inclusive and effective.
That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated volunteer to lead our Data Analysis for Eventbrite project. This role will turn event data into actionable insights that guide our strategy, communication, and community building.
💡 What You'll Be Doing
-
Collect, clean, and organize event data from Eventbrite and related platforms
-
Build dashboards or visual reports to track attendance, demographics, and engagement
-
Analyze trends over time — e.g., which types of events attract new participants
-
Collaborate with our communications and program teams to translate findings into action
-
Suggest improvements to event promotion and community engagement based on data
-
Share short, clear updates and insights with the team regularly
This is a hands-on role with lots of autonomy — but you’ll work closely with a supportive, mission-driven team that values collaboration and creativity.
