We support leading organizations in designing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions that drive business value and operational excellence.The RoleTo strengthen our team, we are looking for an Atlassian Specialist with proven hands‑on experience within the Atlassian ecosystem, particularly Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Guard.The successful candidate will be involved in the administration, configuration, and optimization of Atlassian platforms within enterprise environments, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to enhance collaboration, governance, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and configure Jira and Confluence environments.Manage users, groups, permissions and access models.Design and implement workflows, automations and advanced configurations.Administer and optimize Atlassian Guard for identity and security governance.Support platform migrations, integrations and upgrade activities.Collaborate with IT teams, PMOs, and business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.Provide technical support and best-practice guidance across the Atlassian ecosystem.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands‑on experience administering and configuring Jira and Confluence.Practical experience with Atlassian Guard.Strong knowledge of workflows, permission schemes, automation rules and project configuration.Experience working in enterprise environments and managing user access and governance.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Professional proficiency in English; Italian is considered a plus.Nice to HaveAtlassian certifications.Experience with Atlassian Cloud environments.Integration experience with DevOps, ITSM or Identity Management solutions.Previous experience in regulated industries, particularly Financial Services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
