On (the Swiss sportswear brand) is hiring a Senior Lead Copywriter, Apparel (Zurich, Switzerland or London). This is a Digital Marketing / creative role listed on the official On careers site. The role reports to the Head of Creative in the Creative Studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Art Directors to concept and execute innovative campaigns across all channels
- Present creative ideas based on strategy, deep sports insights, and cultural trends
- Deliver concepts, films, OOH, and 360 campaigns with obsessive craft on ambitious timelines
- Uphold and evolve On's distinctive brand voice and lead creative across diverse sports categories
- Manage multiple high-priority campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced copywriter championing big ideas on global ATL advertising and marketing campaigns (fashion experience ideal)
- Expert conceptual storyteller with deep understanding of channel best practices
- Strong connection to sports culture and global subcultures
- Leadership experience guiding creative teams from strategy through production and rollout
