Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Digital, Brand and Product to create high-converting product copy and brand stories across on.com
- Translate high-level brand strategies and creative briefs into engaging digital copy
- Put the user journey first, using insight into how consumers engage online to create intuitive copy
- Act as a brand guardian: challenge briefs and protect the quality and premiumness of the On brand
- Help shape and grow On’s member ecosystem through tailored messaging
- Partner with PMs, CRM, E-commerce and Brand Management to create joined-up digital experiences
- 7+ years of digital copywriting experience within sportswear, premium or luxury fashion
- Deep digital copy expertise across email, landing pages, push notifications, PDPs and membership
- Strong understanding of UX and the customer journey across the funnel
- A test-and-learn mindset for refining copy, formats and guidelines
