The Demand Generation Manager will develop and execute targeted B2B marketing/demand generation strategies to drive brand awareness, inbound and outbound revenue pipeline, and customer retention within Region DACH. This role requires a data‑driven marketer with a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer’s journey, adept at using digital marketing channels and working collaboratively across teams to ensure campaign success. The Demand Generation Manager will also optimise global initiatives for the regional market, ensuring that marketing efforts resonate with local audiences and align with business goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a regional marketing strategy tailored to Region DACH with a focus on Germany, leveraging global initiatives while adapting campaigns to local business goals and audience needs
  • Identify and execute the best routes to market, owning the regional marketing roadmap in collaboration with local leadership and the central Marketing team
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the region’s ideal customer profiles (ICPs), personas, and buyer’s journey, ensuring demand generation strategies meet their needs
  • Utilise diverse digital marketing channels (content, events, influencer and partner marketing, email, social media, and paid advertising) to drive demand and engagement in the region
  • Implement nurturing processes to boost lead‑to‑opportunity conversions, increasing the effectiveness of the sales pipeline
  • Maintain consistent messaging and brand alignment across all demand generation activities to reinforce brand recognition and trust in the region
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of campaigns in Region DACH using analytics tools; identify areas for improvement and execute optimisations for better results
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to develop initiatives that support the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in B2B marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data‑driven marketing strategies
  • Hands‑on experience with digital marketing tools and channels
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across central and regional teams
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
  • Fluent German and English are mandatory (excellent written and verbal communication)

KPIs

  • Provide initiatives that impact the leads progressing through the pipeline, aiming to meet or exceed benchmarks for lead conversion and campaign performance
  • Track the contribution of marketing efforts to the overall sales pipeline, with a target goal for pipeline growth attributable to regional marketing initiatives
  • Ensure successful collaboration between central and regional stakeholders, creating a strong support base for initiatives and feedback
