Are you a freelance chef or self-employed cook (m/f/d) looking for regular, varied assignments in catering and events in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region? Then we would love to meet you.

GOOSE Gourmet is a modern catering company from Frankfurt. We cater a wide range of events - from exclusive business functions and private celebrations to large corporate events and trade fairs.

For our kitchen team we are looking for reliable freelance chefs who support us flexibly with individual productions and events. Depending on the assignment, you will work in our production kitchen, directly at an event or at one of our event venues.

This is not classic restaurant cooking: expect varied productions, different event formats and new culinary challenges.

• Preparing food for catering, events and functions
• Mise en place and support in preparing our productions
• Cooking and plating dishes according to our recipes and quality standards
• Working at business events, private functions, trade fair catering and larger productions
• Supporting our kitchen team in the production kitchen and on site
• Working independently within your area of responsibility
• Ensuring our quality, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Handling food, kitchen technology and equipment professionally and carefully
• Depending on experience, taking on your own station or area of responsibility at events

Your profile

• You are a trained chef (m/f/d) or have equivalent professional kitchen experience
• You work as a freelance or self-employed chef and invoice your work
• Ideally you have experience in catering, events, banqueting or fine dining
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable way
• You keep calm and organised under time pressure and in larger productions
• Quality, taste and high-end presentation matter to you
• You are flexible and enjoy changing assignments
• You like working in a team and quickly fit into existing workflows
• A professional appearance comes naturally to you
• Knowledge of current hygiene and HACCP regulations
• Availability in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region
