Freelance Event Manager (m/f/d) in Frankfurt – project-based work on corporate events, trade fairs and premium catering.

You plan events independently, know the industry and enjoy working on a project basis? Then support our event team as a freelancer – from concept and quote to running the event on site.

Since 2014, GOOSE Gourmet has been one of Frankfurt's leading premium caterers. We work for renowned brands in fashion, lifestyle, design, food, real estate, finance and industry – at partner and exclusive venues in and around Frankfurt and at our own venue, GOOSE Eventspace.

Your responsibilities

• Independent planning, organisation and delivery of events
• Preparing quotes and concepts in coordination with GOOSE
• Direct communication with and care of clients
• Coordinating suppliers, venues and partners
• Managing logistics, staff and schedules
• Operational responsibility and presence at events on site
• Ensuring quality, budget and flow
• Follow-up and project close-out

Your profile

• Several years of event management experience (agency, catering or similar)
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organisational skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Confidence in client contact
• A high level of personal responsibility and reliability
• Flexibility, including evening and weekend events
