Your Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of Human Resources functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization. You will serve as the central point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, offering support and guidance to employees and management. Your role will encompass recruiting new talent, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring that HR documentation, such as employment contracts, promotions, and terminations, is created and maintained accurately.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Creation and management of all HR documents (employment contracts, renewals, promotions, references, resignations, etc.)
- Central point of contact for employees\â questions on HR topics
- Payroll-preparation and contact person for the external payroll office
- Implementation and support of on- and off-boarding processes
- Recruitment of new employees: creation of job advertisements and job profiles, contact with job platforms and external personnel service providers
- Departmental or group-wide project tasks in the HR area
- Communication of HR practices and processes
- Maintenance and updating of HR data in our HRMS Personio
- Creation/preparation of reports for the management
- Provide strategic HR support to management, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
- Advise and guide leadership on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Partner with management to identify challenges and develop solutions that drive performance and growth
- Support workforce planning and contribute to the development of effective HR strategies
- Foster a positive work environment and work closely with leadership to improve employee retention and satisfaction
Your profile
- Commercial training or completed university studies in a relevant subject (legal/hr management) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in an HR function
- Accurate, structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Very good German as well as very good written and spoken English skills are mandatory
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability and motivation to work in an international, dynamic environment
- Strong service orientation and handsâon mentality
- Experience with international teams and own international experience desirable

Dein Profil
- KaufmÀnnische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor/Master/Diplom) in einem relevanten Fachbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- MehrjĂ€hrige Berufserfahrung in einer HR-Funktion, idealerweise in einer Business PartnerâRolle
