Position:
Programme Advisors promote BSBI’s programs to prospective students through various channels, managing the student pipeline from inquiry to tuition payment. They support international students through the application process, working independently to meet targets and improve processes. They require a good understanding of relevant systems, products, and environments.
Your tasks:
• Providing tailored advice to prospective students.
• Guiding students through the application process.
• Exploring career paths and aligning them with BSBI offerings.
• Advising international students on visas and immigration.
• Handling inquiries and maintaining records.
• Building client relationships and delivering solutions.
• Offering excellent customer service.
• Managing student applications from inquiry to registration.
• Utilizing technology and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Managing leads efficiently.
