To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a competent, enthusiastic and hands-on team player to join our IT Team
What you can expect
- You will lead and develop the IT Workplace Services Team (4–5 staff members) and ensure a high standard of service and effective collaboration
- You will continuously develop our Workplace Services and the service catalogue, and ensure a consistent understanding of the services
- You will be responsible for the smooth operation, maintenance and further development of the workplace infrastructure (laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.)
- You will work closely with internal IT specialist teams and external partners, ensuring efficient collaboration across all Hapimag Resorts
What you bring along
- A qualification in computer science and several years’ experience in service desk/workplace services or IT support, as well as several years’ management experience
- Experience in optimising service processes and in project management, with a focus on AI in the workplace environment and Google Workspace
- The ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, combining a strategic outlook with a hands‑on approach
- A strong customer focus, initiative, and an awareness of costs and quality
- Active participation in the 24/7 on‑call rota. Willingness to carry out maintenance work outside regular business hours
- Confident communication in German and fluent English
