Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 FSCM) Manufacturing and Master Planning implementations.
- Conduct business process workshops, gather requirements, and perform fit-gap analysis with production, planning, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Configure and implement Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, BOMs, Routes, Resource Groups, and Production Parameters.
- Design and optimize production scheduling, capacity planning, finite scheduling, and shop-floor execution processes.
- Create functional design documents, process flows, solution documentation, and support integration, customization, and data migration activities.
- Lead testing activities (SIT/UAT/SAT), cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare support, and user training.
- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, developers, and project managers to deliver scalable manufacturing solutions aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to project estimation, governance, and quality delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM or Dynamics AX 2012, specializing in Manufacturing and Planning.
- Proven experience in at least 3-4 full-cycle ERP/D365 implementation projects.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Production Control
- Master Planning (MRP)
- Capacity Planning
- Production Scheduling (Operation & Job Scheduling)
- Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Routes & Resource Management
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Experience configuring and supporting discrete, process, or mixed-mode manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of planning workspaces, reporting, analytics, and manufacturing best practices within D365 FSCM.
- Experience in data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a client-facing consulting environment.
