Responsibilities
- Transaction consulting and performance of financial due diligence
- Preparation and review of business plans and financial models (integrated financial models)
- Preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for investors and clients (due diligence reports, expert opinions, etc.)
- Review of business plans
- Further development of our service portfolio and relevant tools
Skills
- Very good German language skills—we communicate with most of our clients in German.
- Successfully completed degree in economics.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate finance/transaction services.
- Motivation to engage in detail with our clients’ business models.
- Strong willingness to learn, initiative, and service orientation
- Confident English skills
- Confident manner and enjoyment of teamwork
