Your tasks
Lead complex international development, technology and industrialization projects from initiation through market implementation
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales
Act as the primary interface towards internal and external stakeholders, including customers where applicable
Ensure transparent project governance, reporting and escalation management
Facilitate project reviews, gate reviews and steering committee meetings
Drive stakeholder alignment and foster effective collaboration across matrix organizations
Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization and professionalization of project management standards, methods and best practices
Support strategic initiatives and technology development programs
Promote a Quality First mindset and professional project execution culture
Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Natural Sciences or equivalent
Several years of successful project management experience in an international industrial environment
Proven track record leading complex development projects and cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of product development, technology development and industrialization processes
Proven experience leading product development projects in an international environment
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and governance
PMP preferred, IPMA or equivalent project management certification is also welcome
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Structured, solution-oriented and resilient personality
Fluent in English and German language
