To start shortly, we are currently seeking an
IT SPECIALIST (M/F/D)
- Manage daily IT operations including infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring and user support
- Administer user accounts and access rights and maintain system settings
- Manage IT assets including inventory tracking, procurement and disposal records
- Participate in IT projects including scheduling, progress tracking, documentation and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with HMETC departments and HQ (South Korea) to ensure IT project requirements are met
- Managing and operating internal systems including ERP and the corporate website
- Create and maintain technical documentation including manuals, FAQs and setup guides
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, servers and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with user account management and access control systems
- Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and coordination
- Experience in IT operations, technical support or IT budgeting and working with third-party vendors or service providers
- A very good command of English language, intercultural and communication skills; German is a plus
