Responsibilities
- Participation in technologically demanding and complex R&D process development projects in automation technology, in the development of technology in test vehicles and implementation in special machines
- Close technical cooperation with project staff
- Responsible implementation of operational activities in development
- Documentation of laboratory setups and prototypes
- Carrying out and evaluating test runs and tests
- Independent documentation of development status
- Evaluation and analysis of test results
- Independent application of statistical methods as part of process development, Cpk, DoE, Six Sigma, OEE, Tolerance Stack
Your profile
- Knowledge and skills, as they are usually acquired through at least 3 years of subject‑specific vocational training and at least 2 years of specialist training, as well as additional knowledge and skills acquired through many years of professional experience or through a bachelor's degree
- Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel, as well as a good basic understanding and quick grasp of technical software applications
- Proficient written and spoken German and English skills
- Personal initiative and motivation to continuously improve processes
- Structured problem analysis and solution finding
- Ability to work in a team and an organized and independent way of working
- Very good communication skills with internal and external contacts
- Technician, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering
- Bachelor/Master's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or comparable field.
- At least five years of professional experience in the field of automation technology
