ppOur Swiss based client is currently searching for an IC Test Engineer to join the test Group development team. The role will involve developing and validating ASIC production test solutions, working closely with architecture, design, verification, validation, and qualification teams. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliContribute to ASIC production test concepts and specifications /liliDevelop, verify, and validate semiconductor tester programs /liliSupport ASIC bring-up, debugging, and production test implementation /liliAnalyse test results, including CPK/statistical analysis, and work with design teams to resolve issues /liliDebug and maintain test hardware and equipment /liliInterface with tester suppliers/providers /liliSet up, maintain, and document test equipment and processes /li /ulh3Required Experience Skills /h3ulliBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field /lili2+ years’ ASIC production test experience /lili2+ years’ C/C++ programming for semiconductor testers /liliStrong experience in test-program development and debugging /liliUnderstanding of analogue components such as ADCs, DACs, op-amps, and LDOs /liliPractical experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, SMUs, and other lab equipment /liliEnglish required; French or German desirable /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
