SAP Lifesciences Manager
Location: Germany Wide
I’m excited to be working with a leading consulting company specialising in Life Sciences and MedTech, supporting major organisations across the pharmaceutical, medical technology and healthcare sectors. Due to continued growth and an exciting pipeline of SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, they are looking for experienced SAP Lifesciences professionals to join their growing team across Germany.
Your Profile
- A degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification provides the foundation for your professional expertise.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP consulting, implementation, and transformation projects, with strong exposure to the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Healthcare sectors.
- Proven experience in leading SAP transformation programmes and workstreams, from strategy and design through implementation and deployment.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and relevant SAP solutions supporting Life Sciences organisations.
- Strong understanding of Life Sciences business processes, regulatory requirements, data governance, and the challenges associated with complex pharmaceutical, MedTech, and healthcare organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, lead project teams, coordinate stakeholders, and support business development activities.
- Comfortable operating across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, with a strong understanding of S/4HANA transformation and migration considerations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business and technology leaders.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and, where required, internationally.
