Engineer Information Technology

Provide operational IT support and consultation for Equipment Maintenance Solutions worldwide, ensuring quality and efficiency in SAP and non-SAP systems.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Serve as an in-house consultant for the IT solutions
• Provide operational IT support for Equipment Maintenance Solutions including SAP and non-SAP world wide
• Responsible to actively support process and system consolidation activities
• Involve or create solution proposals and blueprints for change requests and project requests
• Ensure quality for system customizing and development delivered by external service providers
• Conduct and support in-house customer trainings
• Participate in projects and deliver work packages assigned

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant equivalent field
• Prior working experience with good IT technical knowledge is preferred
• Able to remain focused on solutions, open, and flexible when work under pressure
• Strong knowledge in database skill such as Oracle, MS SQL Server or MySQL
• Fluent in English with good presentation skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
