Key responsibilities in your new role
- Serve as the senior technical owner for Robotics in Greater China, provide system-level solution support for key domestic customers such as automotive OEM robot teams
- Drive design-in and project win by supporting requirement analysis,system architecture design, technical proposal submission, and technical support based on Infineon MCU, power device, motor driver and safety chip portfolio
- Leverage mature automotive electronic technologies (vehicle motion control, functional safety, real-time control) to empower robot servo joint control, multi-axis synchronous motion and embodied intelligent execution systems
- Build robot-oriented reference designs, demo platforms and technical documents, conduct customer technical training and industry promotion
- Analyze market trends and customer pain points, feedback product optimization requirements to global product lines, and support roadmap definition for robot-grade semiconductor solutions
- Collaborate with internal global teams, sales and FAE teams to resolve complex technical issues, ensure project mass production and stable delivery
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education & Experience: Bachelor or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related majors; 8+ years relevant experience in automotive embedded system, motor control or robot system application, with solid senior expert capability
- Core Technical Capability: Proficient in PMSM/FOC servo control, multi-axis motion control, embedded C development, real-time OS, CAN/CANFD/EtherCAT bus; familiar with Infineon AURIX/ power devices is preferred
- Industry Background: Experienced in humanoid robot, servo joint or mobile robot system integration; familiar with automotive functional safety (ISO 26262) and robot application scenarios
- Comprehensive Competency: Good English communication skills for global cross-team collaboration; capable of independent customer technical negotiation, solution delivery and problem troubleshooting
- Preferred: With semiconductor SAE/FAE working experience, or background of vehicle-end intelligent control migrated to embodied AI robot scenarios
