Задачи
- Support the day-to-day management of creator and branded content campaigns, focusing on key social platforms
- Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign briefs and expectations
- Build and nurture relationships with creators, and manage communications with creators and talent management agencies
- Support the campaigns team with strategic creator research, vetting, sourcing, and outreach, ensuring relevance and diversity
- Oversee campaigns via Waves, including brief and content uploads and creator payments
- Ensure campaigns are set up correctly across TikTok Creator Marketplace, TikTok Creative Exchange, and Monday.com
- Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with daily campaign statuses and updates
- Prepare end-of-campaign reports with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to exceed client expectations
- Support partner events and workshops
- Source creators, negotiate with them, and onboard them to Waves
- Draft contracts, work on creator briefs, deliver creator lists, manage outreach negotiations and creators, and share creator guidelines across campaigns
- Answer client questions on the ground and support client communications on calls and by email with the manager’s help
Требования
- Speak German and English fluently
- Have a passion for creators and familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Snap
- Be organised and meticulous about meeting deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
- Be energetic and able to multitask and quickly prioritise across several projects
- Be a proactive, positive team player who supports others in achieving goals
- Build strong relationships internally and externally
- Remain calm under pressure
- Be willing to take on day-to-day tasks when required
- Have strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
