Responsibilities

• Advise on HSE risks and ensure compliance with regulations and ISO45001.
• Support audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training, inductions, and communications.
• Monitor safety performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Engage with contractors and project leaders to raise HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Certified HSE Advisor (SIFA Qualifiziert).
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and incident investigation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
