What can you expect?
- Leadership, promotion and further development of the corporate client team with a positive, appreciative and motivating leadership style
- Professional, sales and personnel management as well as further development of the corporate client business
- Ensuring comprehensive and needs-based advice for our corporate clients
- Creation of individual solution proposals across the entire advisory and service offering of the Raiffeisen Group in the corporate client business, taking into account specific customer needs
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships as well as targeted acquisition of new customers based on defined market development
- Participation in target group-specific market development measures and performing representative tasks in the region
What do you bring with you?
- Completed banking training, ideally with further education in banking or finance (e.g. business administration, corporate finance)
- Ideally some leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate, promote and further develop employees
- Team-oriented and entrepreneurial personality with strong customer focus, negotiation skills and confident appearance
- Solution-oriented, independent and networked way of working
- Several years of experience in client support and acquisition, especially in the SME segment
