Operational management of cloud services with a focus on Microsoft Azure and M365
Support and advice for projects in the introduction and implementation of new cloud services
Creation and processing of ITSM tickets in the processes of incident, problem and change management as well as handling service requests
Monitoring performance, availability and utilisation of services as well as continuous optimisation
Planning, coordination and implementation of activities in application lifecycle management in coordination with specialist managers and suppliers
Profile
Completed degree in business informatics or comparable education and training
At least 3 years of relevant experience as an application manager in operation, maintenance and further development of cloud services
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, M365, Intune, Purview, Windows 365 and ideally SharePoint Online
Experience with collaboration tools (MS Teams, Webex), Windows servers, databases, virtualisation technologies as well as SSO connections
Analytical, structured and independent working style as well as openness to agile methods
Very good oral and written German (C2) and English skills (C1)
