Your tasks
Personnel administration from A to Z (entries and exits, contracts, references, agreements)
Management of working time and absence processes including handling accident/sickness/EO notifications
Careful maintenance and updating of personnel master data
Support in payroll administration for our three companies
Creation of precise and meaningful statistics and reports
Support in the care of our employees
Participation and organisation of various HR events (induction days, training, anniversaries, retirements)
Your profile
Completed commercial basic training
Further training in human resources is an advantage
Experience in a comparable position
IT affinity, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
Very good German spoken and written, French is a plus
Independent, reliable and precise
Open, willing to learn and committed
Enjoyment of responsibility and active participation
Clear, direct and mobile in dealing with people
