To strengthen the service team, we are looking for an experienced Service Technician for Machine Tools with a focus on OKUMA . You will independently carry out repairs, maintenance and commissioning at customers throughout Switzerland and can rely on the support of experienced colleagues.
Your Tasks
- Installation and commissioning of CNC machine tools at the customer’s site
- Independent execution of repairs, maintenance and servicing work
- Systematic fault diagnosis and reliable troubleshooting
- Training and instruction of customers in the operation and maintenance of their machines
- Technical support and advice to customers on site and by telephone
- Close cooperation with technical support and the spare parts service.
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, automation technician, mechatronics technician or comparable
- Experience as a service technician, ideally in the machine tool sector
- Very good mechanical knowledge and good electrical understanding for fault diagnosis
- Knowledge of CNC controls
- Independent, careful working style and the necessary patience to find even complex faults
- Very good German or French skills, English skills are an advantage
