Workshop Manager 80-100%
What you will do with us
- You will lead and coordinate the Affoltern workshop together with the operations manager.
- You support the 8 mechanics and the technical all-rounder with demanding assignments.
- You organise, plan and supervise the workshop processes.
- You are a competent contact person for our external and internal customers.
- You support maintenance and repairs of various work platforms and vehicles.
What you bring (besides motivation and humour)
- Basic mechanical training, ideally with additional training as a diagnostician
- Good knowledge in the fields of control, electronics, hydraulics and mechanics
- First leadership experience in a similar role
- Good IT user skills, as you will often use the keyboard more than the screwdriver
- A valid driving licence category B (Cat. C? Jackpot!)
