In five different business areas, we offer care, support and assistance to 111 elderly people. /p pbYour main tasks /b /p ul liOperational management of the entire kitchen team in the absence of the head chef /li liIndependent and careful working style /li liAssistance in developing dietary recipes and internal formulations /li liOpen and active collaboration with other interfaces /li liClose cooperation with the superior and the hotel management /li liCompliance with hygiene regulations and the HACCP concept /li liSupport in training and mentoring apprentices in the kitchen /li liAssistance in conducting team meetings and weekly fixed appointments with the superior /li liSupport in conducting the annual performance appraisals /li liAssistance with recruitment and evaluation of new employees /li /ul pbYour profile /b /p ul liCompleted training as a cook EFZ. Preferably in community catering and age-appropriate nutrition. /li liCompleted further training as BP head chef is an advantage /li liTrainer and experience in apprentice supervision cook EFZ /li liProfessional experience in the diet kitchen /li liFlair for team building and modern leadership style /li liFamiliarity and experience with the recipe tool *Pauli’s*.
