Your mission
First point of contact for our event guests on site
Ensuring smooth operational processes within the banquet service department
Assisting with recruitment, leadership, promotion and motivation of the event team and the pool of temporary staff
Providing all necessary resources for upcoming events
Active participation in all tasks in the banquet area – from setup to follow-up of an event
Ensuring optimal staff deployment planning
Ensuring high guest satisfaction, comprehensive guest care and handling of complaint management
Cross-departmental, team-promoting collaboration
Maintenance of existing inventory and furniture
Operational support in other outlets if required
Participation in the weekly Function Sheet meeting in the absence of the supervisor
Various administrative tasks
Creative involvement in the development and implementation of sales and special promotions
You report directly to the Banquet Service Manager
What makes you stand out
Completed training in hospitality and/or gastronomy, a degree from a recognised hotel management school or an equivalent qualification
You have initial leadership experience and see yourself as a role model for employees
You demonstrate charm, social skills and an authentic, natural friendliness in dealing with guests, supervisors and colleagues
You are characterised by innovative ideas and are an organisational talent
You always keep an overview and remain calm even during busy periods
You enjoy taking responsibility and have excellent communication skills (D/E, F an advantage) as well as an independent working style
High flexibility and commitment are a matter of course for you
