For the Raiffeisen Bank of Mont-Aubert Orbe, a dynamic, innovative bank well established in the "Nord-Vaudois" region, we are looking for a person for the position of customer advisor to complete our distribution network which includes the branches of Montagny, Orbe, Vallorbe and Sainte-Croix.

- Guarantee of a high level of quality in welcoming, reception and customer service
- Development of personalised solutions tailored to individual needs on topics such as payment methods, digital solutions, insurance and investment savings plans
- Intermediation of specific advice (investments, financing and insurance) to specialised advisors
- Collaboration in market prospecting measures and representation tasks
- Represent and convey with conviction and enthusiasm the values of our slogan #CLOSETOYOU
What do you bring?
- Complete banking training (CFC) or equivalent
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position
- Excellent presentation and ease in customer contact thanks to your natural sociability, listening skills and empathy
- Good stress management during busy periods
- Clear interest in teamwork while cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit
- Very good organisational skills to ensure high quality standards
- Knowledge of the local economic fabric and residence in the region would be a plus
