You advise our national and international clients on social security, migration and tax law issues in the global mobility environment.
You carry out clarifications regarding social security affiliation, prepare simulation calculations and manage ANOBAG mandates including shadow accounting.
You accompany registration and permit law processes, calculate industry‑standard salaries and submit the corresponding applications to the competent authorities.
You support individuals with questions about moving in and out, prepare tax returns with international connections and advise on withholding tax.
You contribute to the preparation of tax rulings in connection with permanent establishments in Switzerland and work interdisciplinarily with internal specialists.
You maintain direct contact with clients, network partners and authorities and, depending on your professional experience, independently manage mandates.

have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a degree and ideally have further training in international social security or tax law.
can demonstrate at least three years of professional experience in the field of Global Mobility; additional experience in accounting or payroll administration is an advantage.
work independently, reliably and with high initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility and duty.
have a high quality awareness, work efficiently and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
express yourself clearly, understandably and appropriately in writing and speaking, communicate confidently in German and have good English skills; knowledge of French is an advantage.
are an open, service‑oriented personality, enjoy direct client contact, like working in a team and have very good MS Office skills.
