Overview The Bolgen Plaza at the foot of the Jakobshorn is a meeting place all year round and has over 150 seats and a large sun terrace. The restaurant impresses with its very central location and traditional cuisine.
Your Tasks
Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation of high-quality dishes
Preparing ingredients and workstations before and during service times
Adhering to high quality and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Maintaining and servicing kitchen equipment
Your Profile
Experience as a cook is an advantage
High level of commitment and a structured, independent working style
Good manners, neat appearance, teamwork orientation, open-mindedness
Flexibility, resilience and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
Good oral and written German skills
