With your experience, ideas, and leadership approach, you will make an important contribution to the further development of our department. This is where you will be involved Professional, personnel and organisational management of the risk areas and evening cleaning with around 25 employees (including two day supervisors) Responsibility for personnel planning (deployment, holiday and absence planning as well as case management) Conducting quality and control rounds to ensure cleaning quality and compliance with hygiene standards Continuous development of the area, processes and employees Willingness to work Saturdays (approximately 4 times per year) You Completed training as an HF Facility Management Operations Manager or an equivalent qualification Several years of professional and leadership experience in cleaning or facility management, ideally in healthcare Experience in leading change processes Strong communication skills and confident appearance at different hierarchical levels Organisational talent as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style High social competence and experience in a multicultural working environment Analytical, networked thinking and the ability to act both strategically and operationally Good user knowledge of common IT programmes (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Your new workplace Our prime location (Limmattalbahn, 4 S-Bahn lines, 1 bus line in the immediate vicinity) is complemented by the LIMMI mobility concept: discounted employee parking spaces motorcycle parking, lockable bicycle parking We offer an attractive public transport subscription for employees with the ZVV Bonus Pass / Z-Bonus Pass s'LIMMI: Your partner for life As a major health partner with a comprehensive training mandate, the Limmattal Hospital Association provides extended basic medical care to over 100,000 patients annually, in all phases of life.
