Your tasks
Administrative and organisational support for the department and area management, including correspondence, appointment coordination and meeting preparation
Preparation of documents, overviews and decision-making bases
Collaboration on service agreements as well as support in contributions and subsidies
Administrative and coordinative support in implementing the Early Promotion strategy as well as in developing and implementing measures within the framework of the Children and Youth Strategy
Communication and coordination with authorities, institutions, associations and other stakeholders
Maintenance of data, lists and filing in compliance with data protection regulations
Support with projects, events and information sessions
Your profile
Commercial basic training EFZ or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in public administration or in a social environment with a hub function is an advantage
Interest in social topics as well as familiarity with areas such as Early Promotion, family, children and youth or willingness to familiarise yourself with these topics
Independent, structured working style with organisational skills and sense of responsibility
Good IT user skills, especially MS Office and digital filing systems
Communication skills and sensitivity in dealing with different stakeholders
Discretion, resilience and ability to work in a team
Very good, confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as enjoyment in writing target group-appropriate texts
