YOUR TASKS
You are responsible for the administrative processes around the front office and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process as well as correct reservation management.
You work proficiently with Protel and are responsible for maintaining master data as well as the correct processing of reservations and guest data.
You take on tasks in the area of accounts receivable, daily closings, invoicing and support the hotel's accounting processes.
You are sales-oriented and focused on optimal room occupancy.
You create duty rosters, coordinate staff deployment and promote appreciative collaboration within the team.
You support employees in daily operations and contribute to budget planning as well as ongoing cost control in your area.
YOUR PROFILE
Graduation from a hotel management school and/or professional experience in a comparable position
German and English spoken and written, any additional language is an advantage
Experience with Protel as well as good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Affinity for numbers as well as a structured and careful way of working
Appreciative and courteous personality with leadership skills
Strong service and quality awareness as well as entrepreneurial thinking
Resilient, flexible and reliable personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
