pSME leader in French-speaking Switzerland for 45 years, Mathys designs and builds exhibition stands, congress infrastructures as well as high-end professional fittings. /ppA human-sized company, we work on varied projects in Switzerland and internationally, in a dynamic environment where responsiveness, quality of service and team spirit are central. /ppReporting directly to General Management, you will be responsible for the company’s day-to-day accounting management and actively contribute to monitoring its financial performance. /ppIn an SME like ours, we are primarily looking for an autonomous, reliable and pragmatic person, capable of having a global vision of accounting while remaining very operational. /ph3Your main responsibilities /h3ulliMaintaining general and analytical accounting /liliManaging suppliers, clients, payments and receipts /liliMonitoring debtors and cash flow /liliPreparing and checking periodic accounting elements /liliPreparing VAT returns and monitoring routine tax matters /liliRelations with social insurances, administrations and relevant organisations /liliDeveloping and monitoring financial indicators and dashboards /liliPreparing elements necessary for the annual closing with the financial manager /liliParticipating in the development of our management tools and procedures /liliManaging mail, petty cash and the office supplies /li /ulh3Your profile /h3pYou have a recognised qualification in accounting and finance, ideally a Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting or an equivalent qualification. /ppYou have at least 5 years’ experience in an accounting role in Switzerland and master common issues in accounting, VAT and social insurances. /ppYou are comfortable with IT tools and Excel. Good knowledge of ODOO is a real asset. /ppYou have perfect command of French and a good level of professional English. /ppBeyond technical skills, we are looking for a rigorous, structured and proactive personality, able to work independently, manage priorities and communicate simply with non-financial interlocutors. /ppYou are Swiss or hold a valid work permit. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
