Projects and integration /b /p ulliParticipate in the design and implementation of Microsoft infrastructure projects. /liliDeploy, configure, and migrate Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments. /liliCarry out virtualisation, consolidation, and infrastructure modernisation projects. /liliParticipate in architectural evolutions and platform migrations. /liliEnsure production deployment, validation testing, and technical documentation. /liliGuarantee a structured transition of projects to the operations teams. /li /ul pbRUN - Operation and advanced L2/L3 support /b /p ulliProvide advanced technical support on our clients’ infrastructures. /liliHandle complex incidents escalated by the ServiceDesk and Operations Control. /liliDiagnose malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions. /liliPerform maintenance, patching, and infrastructure changes. /liliContribute to improving availability, performance, and security of environments. /liliContribute to infrastructure standardisation and continuous improvement of our services. /liliMaintain rigorous technical documentation and share your knowledge with other teams. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 pYou hold an engineering degree, a Bachelor’s in computer science, a CFC as an IT technician, or an equivalent qualification. /p pIdeally, you have at least b3 to 5 years of experience /b in Microsoft systems administration and engineering, with significant experience in production environments. /p pYou enjoy both carrying out technical projects and resolving complex incidents. /p pYou are autonomous, rigorous, and capable of working on critical infrastructures, while valuing teamwork and client satisfaction. /p h3Your technical skills /h3 pbMicrosoft environment - Essential skills /b /p ulliExcellent mastery of Windows Server and its main roles and services. /liliAdministration and troubleshooting of Active Directory (AD DS), GPO, DNS, and DHCP. /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identities, and authentication mechanisms. /liliKnowledge of PKI infrastructures, certificates, and RADIUS/NPS services. /liliAdministration of Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments. /liliKnowledge of Exchange Online and messaging mechanisms. /liliAdministration and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Server databases: installation, configuration, backups, restoration, and performance basics. /liliGood knowledge of PowerShell for administration and task automation. /li /ul pbVirtualisation and Datacenter infrastructures /b /p ulliPractical experience with at least one of the following virtualisation platforms: VMware vSphere / ESXi / Proxmox VE / Vates XCP-ng / Xen Orchestra / Huawei DCS / Microsoft Hyper-V /liliUnderstanding of virtualisation architectures, high availability, and shared storage. /liliExperience with virtual machine migrations and platform evolutions. /liliKnowledge of SAN/NAS storage technologies and iSCSI, NFS, and Fibre Channel protocols. /li /ul pbCitrix -
