As a two-person power team, you are jointly responsible with your colleague for the entire procurement process, from strategic orientation to smooth day-to-day operations. The foundation of your role lies in operational business, while you simultaneously develop procurement continuously as a tandem.
YOUR TASKS
Operational Purchasing (approx. 70%)
- Ensuring operational procurement in the areas of metal die casting and fittings
- Optimising processes and responsibility for purchasing documentation
- Ensuring smooth information and goods flow with internal interfaces
Strategic Purchasing & Development (approx. 30%)
- Further development of purchasing processes as a two-person team
- Building and developing strategic suppliers, especially in die casting and tool manufacturing
- Conducting supplier evaluations and supplier audits together with QM
- Optimising supplier evaluation and development
YOUR PROFILE
- Mechanical, technical basic training
- Several years of experience in strategic and operational procurement in industrial series business
- Further training in procurement
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness in dealing with suppliers
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- IT skills (MS Office / ERP Pro Alpha)
