Tasks
- Advise leaders and employees on HR topics throughout the HR lifecycle.
- Serve as a sparring partner for leadership in personnel planning and development.

Skills
- Bachelor's in HRM or equivalent with 2+ years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills in German or French, with the other language proficient.
HR BUSINESS PARTNER 80-100%, ON SITE
- Competent advice and support for managers and employees in all personnel-related matters throughout the entire HR lifecycle
- Sparring partner for managers on all topics of personnel and succession planning, personnel development, disciplinary management and leadership
- Accompaniment and management of the recruitment process as well as internal mobility in close cooperation with the managers
- Support for long-term absences and assistance with the reintegration of employees
- Active participation in various HR projects as well as involvement in the development and optimisation of HR processes
- Speaker for recurring HR events and HR training
- Further education in the field of HRM (federal diploma HR or Bachelor) and at least 2 years of professional experience in the same or a similar function (ideally in an industrial environment)
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SAP
- Communicative, trustworthy and service-oriented personality with high social competence
- Independent and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
- Strong consulting and coaching skills
- Confident appearance, assertiveness as well as high resilience and ability to work in a team
Fluent German or French skills as well as very good knowledge of the other language.
