We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Head of Marketing Communications (MarCom) to lead bNovate’s global marketing communication activities and strengthen our market presence across international water and industrial sectors. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will drive brand visibility, thought leadership, product communication, digital marketing initiatives, content strategy, public relations, and event execution. The ideal candidate combines strong B2B marketing communication expertise with the ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with customers, partners, media, and industry stakeholders. The role is primarily office‑based with occasional remote work. Head of MarCom Your key responsibilities Marketing strategy execution Translate the commercial objectives into clear plans, campaigns, and deliverables Build and manage the MarCom roadmap and calendar with the team Ensure priorities are executed effectively across markets Public relations and brand management Oversee the development and application of brand guidelines, and messaging frameworks across internal and external communications Lead bNovate’s PR, external and internal communication activities Campaign management Supervise the planning and running of multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, product launches) Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on message Ensure lead development, qualification and transfer to Salesforce and sales team Content
