The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
You design and accompany the individual daily structure of the residents and support them in challenging situations.
You take on the administration of medication, document the care process, and contribute to the assessment according to BESA.
Interdisciplinary collaboration is close to your heart, and you ensure that care and nursing meet current standards and legal requirements.
