Your task
You professionally and compassionately care for and support our residents in everyday life through your expertise
You take on daily responsibility after induction
In daily care, you align your actions with the individual needs of our residents
You enthusiastically train apprentices and take on the main responsibility
Our requirements
You have a qualification as a Health Specialist
Experience in long-term care is desirable
You enjoy supporting FaGe apprentices as a vocational trainer
You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
You are team-oriented, resilient, and place great value on quality
